Coffee with Chantilly Cupcake

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup brewed coffee (cooled)
- ¼ cup milk
Preparation mothod
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
- Alternate adding the dry ingredients with the coffee and milk to the wet mixture, mixing gently until combined.
- Fill the cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes. Let them cool completely.
